Our company was founded in 2003 to help our clients proactively protect the environment and their assets by pioneering the usage of polyurea in Energy applications.

Over the past two decades we've continued to offer innovative services and products to safeguard assets, conserve resources, and secure tomorrow.

Our History

For over twenty years, AssetGuard has been providing innovative, high quality products and services to our clients throughout the US. With a commitment to enhancing industrial performance and environmental protection.

2003

BBL Falcon founded to provide environmental protection through polyurea based secondary containment.

2009

Falcon Technologies acquired by Carbo Ceramics bringing extensive manufacturing expertise and focus on product development.

2011

Created and launched a full range of products including GroundGuard liner and bases for tanks and equipment. Development of industry first automated computer controlled polyurea liner manufacturing process.

2017

AssetGuard name was introduced to highlight the broadening range of products and services offered by the company both Oilfield and non-Oilfield related.

2020

AssetGuard became a Wilks Brothers company through their acquisition of Carbo Ceramics.

Present

Manufactured and installed over 40MM sqft. of GROUNDGUARD liner since process plant built. Service teams have executed over 10K containment installations throughout the US since Falcon Technologies was founded.
